Quarterly comics magazine Tok Tok celebrated the launch of its thirteenth issue on February 14. Two years after it began in January 2011, it rewarded its audience with a color issue. Since the start, Tok Tok’s most obvious feature has been smart manoeuvres around local production challenges.
