Mugamaa Coated in Graffiti!

For those of you unfamiliar with this quintessential symbol of Egyptian bureaucracy, the Wikipedia article offers a decent introduction. I was simply blown away when I saw the extent to which the street-level concrete faces of the building are now adorned with revolutionary and election-related graffiti. I spent a fair bit of time wandering around the building this morning with camera in hand:
