No access to clean drinking water, few doctors and indiscriminate shelling are creating a “disastrous situation” in the Yarmouk refugee camp in Damascus, an activist living there says. Islamic State (IS) has overrun the camp in Syria, first built for Palestinians fleeing the 1948 Arab-Israeli war.
