Hala Shukrallah has announced that her term as the leader of Egypt’s Constitution Party is over, after a poll on amendments to the party’s bylaws on Friday. Nearly 69.6% of party members rejected the suggested amendments to the party bylaws, whereas only 30.4% approved them.
