Freddie Gray’s death was a homicide, Baltimore’s state’s attorney, Marilyn Mosby, said on Friday, as she announced murder charges against one officer. Police officer Caesar Goodson was charged with second-degree murder. Other officers were charged with manslaughter and misconduct in office.
