Egypt’s prosecution has referred to court a lawsuit filed by the family of Egypt’s most famous police brutality victim Khaled Said demanding reparations amounting to LE 5 billion from Egypt’s interior ministry. The Alexandria Criminal Court has set 3 June for the trial’s first session.
