A rather well produced post-WW2 booklet issued by the BBC and trumpeting the return of television services to the UK after the enforced close down of the nascent BBC TV system at the outbreak of war in 1939. The contents describe the set up of the studios at Alexandra Palace in north London – and the fact that at the time services were only transmitted to the London area. The cover – by "CK" – shows one of the Emitron cameras in use by the BBC at the time.
